Rosevene is a charming detached bungalow in St Dogmaels providing an ideal base for a holiday. The village amenities are all within walking distance and a short evening stroll takes you to the Jetty. Poppit beach and Cardigan can be walked to along the river tow path. Entrance to the bungalow is via steps into the hallway. The bungalow is well equipped and has three bedrooms the bathroom has a wheel in shower (suitable for the disabled or semi ambulent). The dining room has an open fire and patio doors with views over the river. The patio to the rear of the cottage enjoys an elevated position and has sweeping views of the Teifi river as it winds towards the estuary, it is totally enclosed for the safety of children and pets. Patio furniture is provided making this a lovely place to sit and relax. Fuel and electricity charges are included in the rental. Cot and highchair available on request. One well behaved pet welcome. Off road parking for two cars to the side.
