The utility room contains an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. An open tread staircase leads into a spacious lounge/dining room and kitchen which are tastefully decorated and furnished. This room has a vaulted ceiling, picture windows and patio doors which lead on to a small balcony with a spiral staircase leading to the courtyard. The lounge/dining area is furnished with comfortable settees, colour TV with Video & SKY, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with a good selection of units and includes electric hob, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. There is a secluded walled garden, which is enclosed and safe for children at the rear of the property. There is also a patio with built in barbecue and garden furniture provided. There is ample parking space. Cot and highchair provided. One small pet is welcome. Electricity is charged according to use and full gas central heating will be charged at £15.00 per week when required.
