A short drive to Porthmadog (5ml) for steam train rides, Portmeirion village, maritime museum, leisure centre and cinema. 10 miles to Pwllheli for a market or 15 miles to pretty Abersoch village and riding stables. Beddgelert village at the foot of Snowdon and the heart of Snowdonia is a 12 mile drive away through dramatic scenery.
