Y Stabl
Y Stabl is a fully-furnished self-catering holiday cottage on two floors in an end terrace (of three) of Ty Lon Cottages, Rhoscolyn, Anglesey. The cottage has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 7 people.
Y Stabl has two double bedrooms, one twin room and one single and sleeps up to seven people in total. To make your stay comfortable we provide freshly laundered bed linen and towels.
The large dining kitchen is fully fitted with everything you should need including an electrical cooker, a fridge/freezer, an automatic washing machine, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave. Crockery, cutlery and other kitchen equipment are also provided.
Locating the living room on the first floor of the cottage gives Y Stabl the advantage of uninterrupted picturesque views to sea. A TV and video are provided for your use when the weather may not be treating you so kindly.
Heating throughout most of the house is by individually-controlled electric storage heaters.
The cottage has two allocated car parking spaces, and guests of Y Stabl have use of the stone outhouse in front of the cottage.
Y Stabl has it's own private patio area to the rear of the cottage and shares a large grass area with the two other cottages.
Rhoscolyn is a rural area on the south side of Holy Island. The rugged coastline, with views of the Snowdonia range, is stunning and is set within Angleseys Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Rhoscolyn's sandy beaches (Borthwen and Silver Bay) are only a short walk away, and very popular with both locals and tourists alike.
The local pub The White Eagle (reopened in May 07 following a major refurbishment) has an excellent and far-reaching reputation for good food and fine ales/wines.
The Silver Bay holiday park, which has a restaurant, bar, clubhouse, shop and a private beach, is also a short walk from Y Stabl. Guests of Y Stabl are entitled to apply for temporary membership of the Silver Bay club.
