Glamorgan Summer School
The Glamorgan Summer School gives you the opportunity to learn new skills and to meet new friends. Adults from all walks of life are welcome, and we provide creche/ Sports Camp facilities so parents don't miss out.
The Summer School runs for two weeks on the University of Glamorgan campus at Treforest, South Wales. We're easy to get to by car and public transport.
Learning at Summer School is fun, with over 50 courses to choose from including Arts, Crafts, Music, Holistic Therapies, Photography, Outdoor Activities, Welsh Language and Culture, IT and Personal Development. Courses can be attended for one or two weeks, on a residential or non-residential basis.
Our Campus graded three accommodation offers en suite bedrooms, including linen, within a flat with a communal, fully-equipped kitchen complemented by a full catering service on campus. We also have a free entertainment programme during the two weeks with a variety of events to suit all tastes, including Wine Tasting, Classical Guitar Recital, Live Music and Quizzes.
Many students who like to holiday on their own return year after year to experience the safe, welcoming and friendly environment at Summer School.
