Lyndon Canty is the Owner and Chef, and with 15 years' experience of cooking all over Europe including Switzerland and Italy, he is well-placed to offer a range of delicious favourites, all prepared using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
Choose from starters such as avocado pear filled with prawns, devilled whitebait, or French onion soup. Main courses include a great range of chicken, veal and steak dishes, with Lyndon's speciality, steak Rossini - fillet steak cooked in Madeira sauce topped with homemade chicken liver pâté, coming highly recommended. There is also a good range of fish dishes always available, such as fillet of sole Mornay with white wine and cheese sauce, fresh salmon steak with parsley butter, and langostinos ajillo - king prawns cooked in white wine and garlic butter.
There is always a good selection of homemade desserts on offer, and a good wine list with the emphasis being on quality, variety and value for money.
