Rates: £1,800 a week low season (Jan–March, Apr–May*, Oct–Dec); £2,400 high season (June–Sep); £2,000 Easter and half term*; £2,400 Christmas and NY*.) * Subject to terms & conditions. Three-night breaks (£950 Friday to Monday; £1,100 Monday to Friday) are only available outside of school holidays.
Minimum hire: Three days. Rental starts on Saturdays at 5pm – flexible if no guests are staying beforehand
Bedrooms are non-smoking. Pets are welcome – there’s plenty of open countryside surrounding the property. Midweek, you can occasionally hear take-offs from the military airbase a few miles away.
Children: Welcome. The attic room is great for little ones; there is a 50-inch TV and Nintendo Wii with games. (There is a fairly steep staircase up to this room, unsuitable for very young children). Note: there is an uncovered pond currently in the garden.
