Whether visiting the city for business, on holiday getting out into the Gower peninsula or visiting the university we offer an ideal place for you to stay.
The Uplands area is well served by public transport; the city is a 20 minute walk away. Whilst the University, National Pool and Singleton Hospital are a comfortable 25 minute walk.
We are happy to book taxis for our guests. If you have your own car we have good on street parking along with a private car park and garage facilities for motorbikes and bicycles.
The entire house is non smoking.
Newly refurbished bedrooms located on the 1st and 2nd floor, some rooms having expansive city and sea views. Modern en suites, comfortable beds, flat screen TV’s with digital free view 30+ channels. Plus little extras to make your stay a pleasant one.
All rooms contain a standard double or twin/super king double beds. Whilst the family suite consists of a super king double or twin beds plus in an adjoining room there are full sized bunk beds. We have a cot available for younger visitors.
Business visitors can make use of free broadband internet connection to all bedrooms (laptop not provided!). We have a desk chair and work lamp in all rooms. We also have a public computer for guests to use outside the lounge. Printing and fax are available by request.
