SA Brain & Co Ltd is Wales’ leading drinks and hospitality company. Founded in 1882 by Samuel Arthur Brain and his uncle Joseph Benjamin Brain, Brains now has over 250 pubs across south Wales, the West Country and central Cardiff, where the brewery first started.

The company's leading cask conditioned ales, which have made the names Brains and Buckleys popular all over the world, include legendary Brains SA (ABV 4.2%), Brains Bitter (ABV 3.7%), Brains Dark (ABV 3.5%), The Rev. James (ABV 4.5%) and Buckleys Best Bitter (ABV 3.7%).
Each year, Brains also brews a range of exciting new seasonal ales, including St David’s Ale, Merlins Oak, Land of My Fathers and Cwrw Seren.
