Salt (Cardiff Bay)
Salt is situated in Mermaid Quay, at the heart of Cardiff Bay. It is a two level pub with large bars on both floors, a wide array of comfortable, intimate seating and two ample outside drinking areas – one of which is a balcony on the second floor overlooking the waterfront. The interior has been designed in a New England style to create a light, contemporary environment and features individually commissioned photographs of Wales’ finest coastline. There is a large menu offering anything from light bites, to filled sandwiches and ciabattas, to more extensive meals.
