A great place for lunch. The food is both interesting and varied and good value, and includes a reasonable selection of traditional Welsh and Norwegian dishes. For me the coffee and cakes provide sufficient motivation for a return visit. While the views across the bay are some of the best around. Full disabled access and parking right outside means this place is open to everyone.

Whether you prefer the house filter, foamy cappuccino, a pure latte, americano or macchiato the coffee here never disappoints. A supperb blend combines with good barista training that is clearly evident. For a change in liquid refreshment the exotic smoothies, teas or freshly crushed juice provides a welcome caffeine break.
If you're after a quick snack, late breakfast, or an afternoon energy boost the cheese cakes, pastries, mini quiches (with side salad) and paninis are tempting, fresh and well presented.
The slate flooring, soft brown leather sofas, wooden tables and padded chairs are apparently inspired by coffee houses in British Colombia and echo its Atlantic Coffee past. Sam's paintings of Abergavenny farm animals are not to everyone tastes, but then Van Gogh also failed to find buyers during his lifetime.
The international staff and clientele reflect the cosmopolitan character of the community. Yummy mummies share tables with middle aged Welsh actors, muscians, newspaper photographers, real estate negotiators, university students and telecom sales teams.
Albany Road may not be one of Cardiff's better shopping streets, more for the locals; but this coffee house makes up for the lack of sophisticated alternatives.

It's no overstatement, exaggeration or embellishment of the truth. Mark is simply the best! That why we used him to design our website.

Don't use these guys. They're my developers and I want their total and undivided attention.

Breakfast 21 Oct, 11am. A chance to reflect on last night's RWC final - Was it a try? Would it have made the difference? - and refuel with a traditional 'vege breakfast'. At least there was no disputing the breakfast: corn fritters, toast, hash browns, mushrooms, roast tomatoes and peppers, and a latte. Wholesome; hearty, although probably not that good for the heart; tasty, certainly; and to be recommended.

Yummy!!! You'd be a fool not to try this in your own home.

A fast and cost effective service. Whisper designed WalesCymru.com's Advertising Pack and the first set of drop cards. I'll be using them again.

A superb location and great event for locals, holiday makers and boating enthusiasts alike. From all accounts the exhibitors sold sufficient items to keep them happy and want the event back in 2009. Perhaps most impressive was the new 'Wales designed' ScubaCraft - it does 50 mph above the water, then switches to electric motors and dives for a true sub-aqua experience – ideal for resort operators, dive tours or a budding secret agent!

An ideal place for Saturday (or Sunday) lunch. Located in a quiet village close to the capital (15 mins from the centre), with off street parking, a great view and easy access to the surrounding hills. The menu sets it apart from your typical pub, but is slightly overpriced for the quality - or maybe I'm getting fussy. The skate was well cooked; although I found the batter too heavy for my taste. The rasberry ice cream was very creamy and came with fresh rasberries. Atleast the beer was cold, and with the sun making a welcome appearance, it's easy to see why this place is popular with both locals and Cardiff residents alike.
