  Have done two stays here - both have been to see friends who are still down in Aber:
  
  *Accommodation is excellent, with airy and relaxing bedrooms, a pleasant lounge with chess board, books and TV (both terrestrial and Sky including the sports channels), and a relaxing breakfast kitchen.
  *Breakfast is of excellent quality
  *Mr and Mrs Evans (the owners) are very friendly and helpful towards guests.
  
  Rooms are £27 a night for a single, £54 for a double, and come with colour TV including Sky access, built in wardrobes, handbasins and suitable beverage facilities. Will definitely be staying there again and I am about to recommend it to a friend who needs to sort some accommodation for his parents when they come for his graduation in the summer.

  It's also on the south end of the prom, so away from the town centre during party time; apart from being a bit quieter than town centre accommodation may be, the walks on the beach, accessibility to all the beautiful areas around Aber, and the views and sunsets, are still top class.
